In article the estimation of productivity of functioning of system of the state order in Stavropol Territory is given, advantages and problems of the organization of electronic auctions are considered. Among the basic directions of their further development are allocated: information support perfection; expansion of criteria of selection of suppliers and applied forms of purchases; the organization of specialized electronic auctions in innovative spheres of business; use of competitive preferences for less protected groups of suppliers; creation of the regional centers of a professional training for the state purchases.
