The analysis of economic welfare in modern Russia

In article the technique of an estimation of economic welfare is submitted on the basis of calculation of an integrated index which is defined as the arithmetic-mean eight private indexes reflecting the most significant factors, forming societies and individual welfare. Among private parameters of welfare parameters reflecting a level of the income of the population, a degree of an inequality in distribution of incomes, an occupation level, demographic parameters, characteristics of education and a state of health of the population, security of the population by habitation and availability of base services and others are used. As a result of calculations the stable tendency of growth of an integrated index of welfare was revealed during 2000 - 2008, and only small fluctuation to decrease of an index was observed in 2003г. However, not looking on, general positive dynamics the analysis of private parameters of welfare testifies to non-uniform character of their development.
