The national projects as a priority form of the program reproach realization to economic development (on the example of Kemerovo region)

In the article there are considered the issues connecting with the national projects realization which are not a new form of social-economic development as it is sometimes confirmed in the scientific literature. Per se, this is a priority form of social-economic development state regulation, a form of the further progress the program reproach development to economic development the aim of which is to draw a wide social response to the activities, raise their addressness and strengthen the control for the marked goals achievement.
     Besides, to realize successfully the national projects it is necessary to change some reproaches of this process implementation and to create the adequate conditions for it.
