The necessity of the regional economy innovative formation by activization of investment and construction activity (the example of Republic of Tatarstan)

The article analyzes causes of the crisis in particular in the investment-construction complex. Obviously, there is a necessity of a new model of project financial management. This situation can be used for the establishment of innovative regional economy. Economic development in Tatarstan is largely dependent on the efficiency of investment and construction of the complex. The solution of these issues at this stage is impossible without the active intervention of the government.
