Implementation of restructuring in the late 80's and especially reforms in the early 90-ies resulted in the instantaneous change in the socio-economic status of the industrial and social spheres. This has influenced the social and economic sustainability, both production and the foundations of national security, that this is absolutely not ready. Ideological paradigm of the Soviet period, the economy did not yield to maintain their consistency in the other, private capitalist appropriation of surplus product, so the transformation of M. Friedman knowingly carrying a destructive nature. But a possible alternative was chosen the worst "Argentine" scenario.
