Creation of the modern Russian legislation in a cultural filled is one of the most important parts in a state policy in solving tasks of realization of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of Russia, implementation of stable development of the country, maintains of the territorial integrity and sovereignty. How does legislation improve? Which new laws in a culture filled has passed? This and other questions answered the head of the Cultural Committee of State Duma of Russian Federation G.P. Ivliev.
