The countryside is a special sphere of ability to live of the person in which managing intertwines with mentality and a way of life of local households and rural communities, по¬этому transformation on village communicates, first of all, with development of various forms of self-organizing of rural community. Only development flexible, varieties models of management of rural territory as social and economic system, can create favorable conditions for development of rural community.
