In a message to the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation November 12, 2009 Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said that the innovation economy can emerge only within a social context as part of an innovative culture based on humanistic ideals, the creative freedom, a desire for better quality of life. In an interview seen how much attention is paid to the development of culture in our society, how to save a single cultural space in the country in all its diversity.
