The research experience of reproductive labor in the phase of family’s preparation to parenting

Russia's demographic crisis and downsizing of nation's workforce actualize the need for extensive research of reproductive labor. In the present work the attempt of interdisciplinary approach to the study of the initial stage of the reproductive labor (the stage of preparation family to parenting) is presented. This stage is largely shapes the course of further reproduction process. The presented research focuses on the development of government measures to stimulate and support the birth rate, and to grow up a highly valuable human capital and preserve the health of the nation.
