Import dependency - a threat to food safety to Russia

Maintenance of food safety is one of actual economic problems of the country. In the present work principal causes of import of agricultural products to Russia and including in Republic Dagestan are revealed; the analysis of support of agricultural manufacturers in the WTO countries-participants is carried out; the system of measures on protection of the domestic market which should include forming the quotas , the customs duties and compensatory payments, a target direction of the got customs means for support of branches of agriculture is offered; stimulation of foreign investments into agriculture and process industry for the purpose of improvement of quality and competitiveness of a domestic production; indicators of an equivalent of grants to the manufacturer and the consumer, used are resulted at definition of level of the state support of agrarian and industrial complex in foreign countries. In the conditions of crisis a number of measures on carrying out of an agrofood policy at regional level is offered.
