Developing of the sustainable fisheries - strong support for creating of the higher effectiveness of the Russian fishery

Innovation approach for increasing of the economic effectiveness of the fishery for domestic and international markets purposes is described in presented paper with the aid of the creation pilot sustainable fishery enterprise. Authors analyzed such advantages of the mentioned type of the fishing business as effective competition, public support in Russia and abroad, effective investment policy in modernization and import product substitution. Economic estimations are showed for new type fishery enterprise with high cost-added outputs.
