Transparency Of Financial Flows As A Condition Of Nanotechnologies Development In Russia

The present work reviews different aspects concerning financial mechanism of nanotechnology development, singles out financial channels, methods and instruments reducing transparency of financial flows in public corporations, analyses interest balance equation of nanotechnologies development and the degree of its financial support. On the grounds of the received results it is concluded that increasing transparency of financial flows oriented to domestic nanotechnologies development should be started with modifying subject-object structure of financial mechanism that in its turn will create opportunities for developing alternative subjects in the nanoindustrial markets in the form of state-private partnerships and also it will decrease the quantity of channels for converting state property objects into private form. Comprehensively suggested undertakings are likely to improve the construction of financial mechanism for nanotechnologies development.
