The article suggests the problems of measures of force: economic and micro-wars, etc. It is concluded that finding under the control of Russia's most important asset of the State Russian corporations is an important condition, while gradually reducing the non-equivalence of an instrument - in relation to Russia's national interests - the nature of the international exchange of financial and physical resources that underpin the global economic arrangements.
