We consider the group of basic conflict-factors determining the status and dynamics of socio-economic processes in the North Caucasus as dominant factors highlighted the incompleteness of the two waves of the soviet market and modernize the region's economy, «net» unequal sharing of its resources, the importance of competition in the redistribution of resources in the region «informal practices». Here is shown the strategy of the capitalization of resources in the region, upgrading multicultural economy.
