Realization of national housing program in crisis by force of prefabricated houses building

Possibility of application of new technology in house building in Russia was considered in this report. This new technology, which is manufacturing of houses on conveyor using volumetric and modular techniques, is very popular in Western countries, especially in USA. There were described many advantages of building prefabricated houses: low time cost, high quality, using of environmentally safe materials, compliance with the natural and climatic conditions of location of houses and at last low price for consumers, what is really urgent in crisis. At the end an approximate calculation of project’s terms from the beginning to its confident production capacities was represented.
