The definition of an innovative university, considered its infrastructure, defined strategic objectives. Effective date model of the innovation of high school should have a well-performing infrastructure for solving complex management problems, such as the creation of innovative models and mechanisms of interaction between science, education and industry, and establishing a system of training in accordance with international standards, mi, educational programs and priorities of socio-economic development of the country.
