Rational, irrational expectations of the individual, restriction and irrational technologies

The scientific knowledge is paradoxical if look at it from the point of view of ordinary representations. The understanding of the nature of management of internal individual motives of the person allows predicting rational or irrational behavior of subjects of activity appreciably defined by a unique combination of their requirements, outlook and expectations. In the present work the approach to disclosing of concepts is offered: expectations and restrictions of the individual, to definition of irrational technologies. The conclusion is drawn on law formation of the personal likelihood forecast of expectations of people depending on presence and degree of expressiveness of their components influencing a sustainable development of the enterprises, the state and a society.
