On February 15, 2010 in the Information Agency «GARANT» held an Internet conference Tver’ Region Governor Dmitry Zelenin. He highlighted the main directions of information and innovation policy of Tver’ region, about the advantages and disadvantages of the current legislation in this area, about the actual problems associated with the introduction of information technology. The conference was attended by president of the company «GARANT» D.V. Persheev, General Director of «GARANT-Centrprogrammsystem» V.A. Lorman.
