At present transition of Russia on the innovatory way of the development is a subject of debate at a rate of experts, analysts and businessman. The Special place occupies the question about future development of the national venture system - one of the main components of the innovatory infrastructures. Together with that, volume of the venture to investments in Russia else remains small, is found only on way to its final formation. The аuthors of the article put the purpose to reveal specifics of the process of the venture investments for the small business, its Russian particularity, problems and experience.
