The mechanism of housing realization for young families has given to families the right to use the grant for repayment of the basic sum of a debt and payment of interests on earlier received mortgage credit. However, for effective realisation of the taken measures, it is necessary to reconsider the approaches to definition of age of members of the young family having the right to reception of the grant. Also, for increase of efficiency of use of budgetary funds and increase of building volume, it is extraordinarily important for the introduction of the mechanism, allowing use of means of grants at a building stage.
