State and business partnership in the interests of innovation development of the region

Innovation development level of Russia as a whole is determined by innovation development of country regions. The foundation creating these conditions must be contractual cooperation of state, science and business representatives relying on state-private partnership mechanisms. In Volgograd region such projects of state importance have already been introduced and their elements can be identified as legal-organizational presuppositions for state-private partnership realization. For further development of state-private partnership forms at a regional level it is necessary to work out a strategy applying state-private partnership patterns in corresponding spheres.
