Article dedicated to problems of a economic-statistical analysis of regional competitiveness of the Voronezh area. On the basis of an author's technique of an estimation of competitiveness for areas Central-Black Soil of economic region the integral index of regional competitiveness is counted. The factors of competitiveness of the Voronezh area for 2000-2007 is analysed, recommendations on development of competitiveness are given.
