Increasing efficiency of the state purchase of products for the federal and local ned was and must always remain one of the priorities for the government bodies of all levels. having defined the main drawbacks in the order placement mechanism, the authors offer certain amendments to the legislation currently in action in the area of order placement for the federal and municipal needs.
