On May 28 to 30, at the Russian Federation Presidential Property Department BOR a Closed-Door Conference on Business Strategies in Financially Unstable Conditions; it concerned the modern tendencies and problems of business development in Russia and was designed for the CEOs of potential investors. The closed-door conference was held by the International League of Producers and Consumers together with the members of the Russian Union of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs, Inter-Regional Congress of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs, Russian Academy of Enterprise, Inter-Regional Organisation of Entrepreneurs, and the Russian Gas Society and the "Analytic Board of Fuel and Energy Complex" Publishing House. Yu.V. Sakharnov, President of the International League of Producers and Consumers, Doctor of Economics, Professor opened the conference.
