Fedorov, Honoured Artist of Russia and Chuvashia, Honoured Doctor of the Chuvash State University; professors and students of ChSU and other Chuvash colleges, and representatives of the Chuvash media and government. L.P. Kurakov, Rector of the Chuvash State University, Member of Academy, opened the conference.
