The article defines ways of optimisation of expenses of medical institutions by means of advanced innovational technologies in medicine, management, economy. Their implementation together with usage of new advanced methods of treatment reducing the stay of the patient in the clinic, also promote faster recovery and gives significant emdical and economical benefits.
