The article analyses the modern Russia cooperation system. On one hand, it offers adaptation mechanisms for new business forms in the market, and on the other, it restores traditional cooperative activities. As a result, modern cooperative structures form a multilevel system based on specific features of nature, economy, and cooperation industry in the region. An active cooperation is targeted, first of all, to a social mission and functions diversification.
