Information and control of information flow in the cost management in enterprises

The article explores the value of information in the process of cost management in enterprise, and also the author identified the information cycle, offered the author's classification of economic information for the purposes of cost management, marked the importance of the organization of management accounting in enterprises. Since the efficiency of management decision depends on the information speed, the author draws attention to the need to control the information flow in enterprise, monitoring compliance with deadlines for the processing of documents. In this connection, article suggests tools of control the movement of documents.
