The article is devoted to research of the principles and factors of competitiveness of Regional Commercial Banks. The general and specific principles of competitiveness of Regional Commercial Banks are allocated. The classification of factors having impact on competitiveness of banks, differing from existing is offered that the criterion of controllability is put in its basis by factors of competitiveness of Banks.
