Staff in accounting reforming in the Russian Federation

Accounting reforming in Russia proceeds, but this process is accompanied by certain difficulties. One of important problems of reforming still has a problem of personnel security and profession development. The article shows the results of interdisciplinary researches of modern accounting staff. The authors conclude on discrepancy of the purposes and problems of reform to available personnel potential. Recommendations to the professional self-regulating organizations on situation change to the best are made.
