In the article the factors of influence on accounting policies of the enterprise are allocated, the main problems of its formation are revealed and possible ways their solutions are proposed. It is offered to narrow a number of questions which are covered by the order on accounting policies of the enterprise, by part transferring from them in the provision on the organization of accounting of the enterprise
