In the article comparative common reference the main situations of the second international research conference ("Sokolov' readings ") in St. Petersburg on 11-12 of April. It is devoted to the 75-th anniversary of Prof. J.V. Sokolov, one of the most outstanding academicians and accountant in Russia. The organization of work of conference is considered, the characteristic of the main directions of research thought of speakers is provided.
