Plastic cards in operations with budgetary funds (illustrated treasury of France)

In the article the introduction of plastic cards in operations with budgetary funds are examined. On the example of the French Treasury is considered to optimize the interaction with the organizations and individuals who receive public services and interacting with government agencies and by the budget recipients. It is noted that an important optimization is to move focus to cashless payment technology, while use of the Internet.
