In the article introduction prospects in Russia of crisis management by the credit organizations on the consolidated basis are considered, including: conditions of formation of the Russian legal environment for crisis management on the consolidated basis are presented, improvement of institutional and legal regulation behind activity of banking groups on the basis of foreign experience is offered, and also the question of ensuring transparency of activity of the credit organizations for crisis management on the consolidated basis is considered.
