The modernization of the national system of accounting and reporting should be focused on the transformation and development of the national interest and meets modern international trends and standards. In this context, the priority problem is the formation of information capacious, multi-function financial accounting system of interconnected organizations. Russian readiness factor integrated corporate structures to enter the public market is that their accounting systems requirements of the investment community.
