Influence of tax mechanism on demographic development of the northern frontier region

In the article the relationship between tax subsidies, determining strategy of financial behavior of households and businesses in the region, and strategies of reproductive and migratory behavior, as well as social responsibility of business are considered. It is examined the impact of the tax administration and tax literacy on the use of tax subsidies. The question of the role of tax federalism in the state fiscal policy of demographic development of territories is considered.
