In the article the essence of an economic mechanism of the oil and gas extraction enterprise, interrelation of production and administrative subsystems of management is considered. The need of introduction of the strategic controlling, capable to raise management efficiency the oil and gas extraction enterprise are revealed. Use of offered models of management by expenses will allow preparing the admissible quantitative decision in the conditions of uncertainty and risk.
