The approaches towards the understanding of corporate governance and regulation of corporate relations in Anglo-American countries have been generalized in the article; the main tendencies of corporate governance development in the part of emergence of conflicts of different groups of stakeholders, as well as searching the ways of their avoidance have been presented. The essence and types of corporate conflicts have been disclosed.
