Priority directions of strategic accounting of expenses in geological exploration

The need for strategic costs accounting system to provide their effective management is considered in the article. Particular attention is paid to the enterprises organization structure necessary to maintain both business processes and business units. The author suggests the product to be divided into the primary and secondary one in order to optimize costs that will significantly improve their management.
