Comprehensive approach to evaluating the effectiveness of fiscal policy in the regions

The Article is devoted to problems of a tax policy at regional level in the Russian Federation. The technique of an assessment of the tax policy efficiency, including three key directions is offered. Research of tax policy efficiency on an example of regions of the Central federal district and the Voronezh region is carried out. The results of research can be useful to public authorities and research associates.
