Features for determining the economic effectiveness of outsourcing on railway transport enterprises

In the article questions of use of the mechanism of outsourcing in reforming of railway transport are considered. The activities of "Russian railways" from the perspective of outsourcing, the mechanism of interaction of providers and the company, expanded the potential of application of this mechanism, terms of service, risks are revealed. In this work the scheme of stages of adoption of the administrative decision in the field of outsourcing is presented, and also features of calculation of economic efficiency from its application are proved.
