Analysis of changes, which are expected by higher education in Russia

The important task of country’s economy is safeguarding of education competitiveness. One of the budget policy priorities is to improve quality of education by ways of restructuring and optimization of budget institutions. The article deals with the analysis of main changes, which are expected by budget higher education institutions in the light of current reforms. Substantive provisions of the Concept of export of the educational services, directed on increase and competitiveness of the Russian education system in the world market are offered.
