Information-analytical system of the administrative account in the institute

The author proves the necessity of introduction of system of the administrative account based on formation of uniform information-analytical base, constructed as set of the integrated subsystems of the accounting and administrative account. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of its use for formation of a database for acceptance of the well-founded decisions directed on improvement of quality of formation.
