This article is devoted studying Lean system. It is directed on the optimization of production and focused on requirements of the customer. An urgency that Lean system introduction is one of perspective direction of rising of effectiveness of industrial enterprises. The article includes the basic conception, tools of Lean system. This approach contains new way of definition profit.
