Improving of system of the regulation of insurance activities in order to ensure the financial security of the insurance

In connection with growth of the shadow component of the Russian Economy, matters connected with development of an effective mechanism of countering infraction in financial sector are getting extra actuality. An important role in creation of such a mechanism of external and internal oversight over insurance organizations` activities is offered. For this purpose it is proposed to develop the internal oversight based on compliance oversight at insurance organizations.
