Maintenance of obligations as a way of decrease in risk of their default

In modern conditions reliability of execution of concluded contracts with counterparts can be increased by inclusion in them of conditions about collaterals for obligations and payments. The civil code of the Russian Federation contains some regulations directed on prevention of infringement of obligations, on maintenance of restoration of the broken rights, to reduction of negative consequences of malfunction of the counterpart. It can be contractual sanction, advance, guarantee, bank guarantee, pledge.
