In the review devoted to the All-Russia meeting concerning the budgetary account and formation of the budgetary reporting which has taken place in Gelendzhik 3 -9 September, 2011, actual problems in sphere of the state accounting in the leading countries of the world, and also exchequer problems and functions in sphere of preparation of the state accounting reporting was disscused by the head of Federal exchequer R.E.Artjuhin.
