Innovative activity in agro-business in many respects depends on environment (a climate, weather conditions, fertility of soils, quality of agricultural grounds, etc.), hence, innovative researches in the field of agricultural production are connected with specific kinds of risks. In the given scientific work the technique of the account of expenses on scientifically - research activity of the agro-food holding, considering branch features of agrarian and industrial complex is presented.
