In article questions of formation of registration-analytical maintenance of management assortment are considered by an enterprise policy. The author's approach to optimization of the nomenclature of production, the consolidating marketing analysis, calculation and an estimation of financial indicators by a method of Markon, the subsequent coordination, and updating of structure of assortment taking into account limiting factors is offered.
