Intellectual property commercialization in accounting

In article the most actual problems of formation of market relations of commercial use of intellectual property are considered, possibility of achievement of final positive results of investment and innovative activity depends on degree of which successful permission. The author suggests to allocate groups of relations between separate subjects of market mutual relations, to formulate the organizational-legal problems arising in concrete market conditions.
